PPPeptide Provider Hub
PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy, explained plainly

This policy explains what Peptide Provider Hub may collect, why it may be used, and the choices available to visitors. The site is an informational directory and is not designed to collect medical records or process purchases.

Effective August 19, 2026

Public browsing

The public directory does not require an account or ask visitors to create a health profile.

Contact data

Information is received only when a visitor chooses to send an editorial or privacy message.

No accounts or trackers

The initial beta has no visitor accounts, advertising trackers, analytics, or enabled administrative sign-in.

1. Scope

The operator uses the business name iSpeakGeek and is a sole proprietor based in California. iSpeakGeek operates the Peptide Provider Hub directory ("iSpeakGeek," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to the public directory, its informational pages, and messages sent to its published contact channel. A linked provider, supplier, or other third party operates under its own privacy terms. Following an external link leaves Peptide Provider Hub and is governed by that site.

2. Information that may be collected

Information you choose to provide

An editorial, correction, or privacy message may contain your email address, name, organization, the message itself, and any public source details you include. Please do not send health, payment, identity-document, password, or other sensitive information.

Basic technical information

Hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, referring page, timestamps, and error or security events. This information supports delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Initial beta configuration

The initial public beta does not enable visitor accounts, a website submission form, analytics, advertising trackers, database-backed administration, or automated publishing. The contact link opens your email application; the website does not receive or store the message itself.

3. How information may be used

  • Respond to editorial, correction, accessibility, or privacy messages
  • Review and document proposed directory corrections
  • Deliver pages and maintain site reliability
  • Protect the service against misuse and security events
  • Maintain review records for approved directory corrections
  • Meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations

Peptide Provider Hub does not use contact messages to provide medical advice or make safety determinations. It does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use health information for targeted advertising.

4. Cookies and local storage

Public directory browsing is designed to work without an account. The application does not set cookies or use browser storage for public visitors. Peptide Provider Hub does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across third-party websites or sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals therefore do not change the site's current behavior. No third party is authorized to collect information through embedded advertising or analytics on the site. Following an external link causes your browser to communicate directly with that destination. If optional analytics or additional tracking is introduced, this policy and any relevant controls will be updated before that collection begins.

5. When information may be shared

The categories of service providers that may process information are website hosting, network security, and email delivery. For the initial beta, Netlify provides hosting, delivery, and related security logging, and Namecheap Private Email processes messages sent to the published contact address. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights and security, or investigate misuse. Contact information is not sold and is not shared with a listed provider or supplier merely because a visitor submits a correction about that entity.

6. Retention and security

Contact messages and related correspondence are ordinarily kept until the request is resolved and for no more than 24 months after the last substantive activity. Information may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, a legal obligation, or an active investigation. When a correction needs a longer editorial record, the public source and decision may be retained without the sender's personal information where practical. Sensitive information sent despite the request not to send it will be deleted when reasonably practical. Hosting and email providers may retain technical or message data under their own operational settings and policies. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain uses. A request may require reasonable identity verification and may be subject to legal exceptions. iSpeakGeek handles privacy requests through the address below and will respond as required by applicable law. You can also choose not to send a contact message and can manage browser storage through your browser settings.

8. Children and sensitive information

The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. Peptide Provider Hub does not knowingly seek personal information from children or request medical records from visitors. If you believe such information was sent, use the privacy contact below without repeating the sensitive content.

9. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated as the service, its data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated policy and effective date will be posted on this page. Because the initial beta has no visitor accounts or mailing list, material changes will be announced here unless another form of notice is required by law. iSpeakGeek is responsible for privacy requests. Questions and requests can be sent to contact@PeptideProviderHub.com.

This policy describes the directory’s data practices; it is not medical or legal advice and does not describe the practices of any listed provider.
