PPPeptide Provider Hub
TERMS OF USE

Terms for using the directory

These terms describe the limited, informational role of Peptide Provider Hub and the responsibilities that apply when accessing or using the site.

Effective August 19, 2026

Information only

Directory content organizes provider- and supplier-published details and is not professional advice or an assessment of an entity or product.

No transactions

Peptide Provider Hub is not a seller, pharmacy, marketplace, payment processor, or party to a provider or supplier transaction.

Verify current details

Provider and supplier information can change after its last-checked date. Review the relevant primary source before relying on a field.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the operator using the business name iSpeakGeek, a sole proprietor based in California that operates the Peptide Provider Hub directory ("iSpeakGeek," "we," "us," or "our"). Peptide Provider Hub is the directory's service name, not a separate corporation or limited liability company. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The directories contain real provider- and supplier-stated observations and external source links, but Peptide Provider Hub does not process transactions.

2. Informational purpose

The site organizes provider- and supplier-stated information such as pricing structure, subscription requirements, product categories, shipping policies, promotions, stated documentation, source references, and checked dates. Content is supplied for general informational and comparison purposes only.

Nothing on the site is medical advice, legal advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, dosage guidance, a safety evaluation, a regulatory determination, an endorsement, or a recommendation. No listing establishes that a provider, product, or service is lawful, approved, safe, effective, high quality, or appropriate for any person.

3. Data limitations and user responsibility

“Provider-stated” or “supplier-stated” identifies the source of a statement; it does not mean that Peptide Provider Hub independently verified the statement. Source pages, prices, promotions, policies, and availability may change after the displayed last-checked date.

Comparison amounts retain the basis stated by the source, such as a monthly program, vial, package, injection, or professional service. Amounts with different contents, terms, included services, strengths, or product forms are not automatically equivalent and may not be directly comparable.

You are responsible for checking current primary sources and consulting appropriately licensed professionals for decisions that require medical, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

4. Directory role and transactions

Peptide Provider Hub does not sell, prescribe, dispense, ship, or purchase products. It does not operate a cart, checkout, payment, fulfillment, consultation, or order-support service. A listed provider or supplier is an independent entity and is responsible for its own statements, services, policies, and conduct. The hub is not a party to any interaction or agreement between a visitor and a provider or supplier.

5. External sources and services

The directory may identify external provider or supplier pages, official resources, or other third-party sources. Peptide Provider Hub does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, privacy, security, or terms. External links are provided so visitors can inspect the cited source directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful activity
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or gain unauthorized administrative access
  • Interfere with operation, security, availability, or other visitors’ use
  • Introduce malicious code or probe the service without authorization
  • Misrepresent directory content as medical advice, a safety finding, or an endorsement
  • Reproduce or automate access in a way that imposes unreasonable load or violates applicable rights

7. Intellectual property and feedback

The site’s original design, organization, writing, and software may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Provider names, statements, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. You may submit factual corrections and feedback, and you represent that you have the right to provide the material you send. A submission does not guarantee publication or a particular editorial outcome.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide Provider Hub disclaims warranties that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide Provider Hub is not responsible for decisions, transactions, losses, or disputes arising from reliance on directory content, use of an external source, or interaction with an independent provider. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes, California law, and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not waive any protection that applicable law does not permit a visitor to waive. Questions for iSpeakGeek can be sent to contact@PeptideProviderHub.com.
